All BUY orders are completed  the day your funds show in our bank account.
Sometimes rarely there maybe a delay - you will be emailed when your funds have arrived and given a timeframe to when to expect funding. 99.999% of all BUY are completed the day your funds arrive.
Larger BUY orders (over US$20,000 to US$100,000) may take two days to complete. Part funding will start the day your funds arrive and will be completed as soon as possible. (top)

What are your operation hours?
Money Central Market customer service operates from Monday to Friday, from 8AM GMT to 11PM GMT. Email queries will not be answered outside these hours, however orders are verified, funded and processed even outside those hours. (top)

How long it takes before to see my account funded?
You normally see your account funded in just a few hours after the reception of your cleared payment. However for an online payment if you are not a verified customer you can add 24hrs for the verification. This verification is requested by our banks and it is done only once. (top)

What exactly is a bank wire?
We do NOT need YOUR bank details, rather you will need ours. In most cases you will have to show up at your bank in person, provide our banking details as they were emailed to you, and request that the bank wires us funds. Some banks may allow you to complete the process by phone, and fewer ones may even have his option enabled with their Online Banking. (top)

The Minimum order is $100 USD, There is no maximum buy order amount (buy orders are made by bank transfer / bank wire). Credit card orders are subject to a US$5,000 maximum limit. Please contact us email first if you wish to buy with your credit card over this limit. (top)
