THIS AGREEMENT DESCRIBES USER'S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS WHEN USING THESE SERVICES. USER SHOULD READ IT CAREFULLY AND BE SURE USER UNDERSTANDS THESE TERMS OF SERVICE.

Money Central Market is a provider of Digital Currency exchange services of the following companies: Liberty Reserve, E-Bullion and e-gold.

All services bought from Liberty Reserve, e-bullion or e-gold are stored with these companies and under their full care and jurisdiction Refund Policy: Because of the nature of the business there are no refunds. All purchases are final.

By using the services offered on this website you (the client / member) agree not to hold any party or persons liable for any errors resulting in a loss of funds which resulted directly from the information provided by you either using our order forms, direct email, phone or fax. Also you agree not to hold any party or persons liable for any third party actions that may result in loss of funds.

If User remits more than the necessary amount of good funds necessary to fulfill their order, net of all fees, then Money Central Market, at its sole discretion, may: (i) adjust the users order to the exact amount of funds received, (ii) enter a new users order for the amount of the excess funds received at the Exchange rate applicable at the time of the entry of the new users order Remittance may not be counterfeit or otherwise fraudulent.

User agrees that any attempt to remit fraudulent funds will result in prosecution to the fullest extent of the law and the notification of the general public of User's actions via posting on the Money Central Market Website, public and private  discussion boards or by any other means, at Money Central Market discretion.

Bank Wire Transfer has an extra $25 fees charged from our bank to receive wires.  Please be aware of additional fee charged by intermediary bank if any.

All Money Orders will be adjusted according to received amount and converted from local currency to US dollars.  Five to nine dollars will be deducted from the received amount as fees to money order collect the order.  This fee won’t apply in Wire Transfer Order.

Bank wires received from companies or with a wrong beneficiary will be held for 30 business days and returned back to originating party minus our fee of $200.00.

If User fails to remit good funds of the exact amount specified in the users order, net of all fees, may reduce the order to the amount of funds received.

The e-gold payment to the e-gold account nominated by the user in their order will occur within 48 hours of the funds being fully cleared and received to the satisfaction of Money Central Market in the case of wired funds or direct deposit into the bank account either through another bank, online or off line. We do NOT accept personal checks.

We reserve the right to refuse service to particular individuals or entities, at our sole discretion, with or without cause. NO correspondence will be entered into.

All order are finals and if user wants to cancel his order before he got funded service fees will be deducted anyway.
